"It's like a knife in my heart." A knife would be mercy. Truth be told, I think i've swallowed razor blades, Bits of rusty fences, Funneling down behind An anchor Cast in lead.
Countless nicks Gashes and tears, healing And the scars reopened.
A stiletto, Perhaps a hunting blade, freshly cleaned. A bayonet, I beg of you. A knife would be mercy.
